Why we do what we do
We are true believers that every person is a hero to someone. They are leaders that make leader to become their
best selves and be City Changers.
Who we are
We are a global organization that provides strategic NEXlevel mentoring and coaching for NEX generation of young adults leaders, ages 16-26,
and their families.
What we do
We help them DISCOVER their true purpose, passion, and career path by equipping through innovative life skills and coaching models that
include one day boot camps and on going sessions that equips them to be City Changers.
How we do it
We Lead them on an adventurous quest supplying resources and exposure programs to help them change the trajectory of their lives.

Our targeted approach is geared to inspire personal and professional development to cultivate an environment of excellence. In doing so,

We create and equip community Agents of C.H.A.N.G.E. while providing mentoring, coaching, training, and outreach.
By offering training, life skills, career development and volunteer projects we focus on building the individual.
We assist in allowing our heroes to discover their gifts to improve quality of life for others while fulfilling
their own destiny.
